Returns & Refunds policy

Order Cancellations:

• You have 1 to 2 days to cancel your order before it is shipped. Don't hesitate to get in touch with us promptly at ivannaclaudette@proton.me if you need to cancel.

Fit Guarantee:

• All garments come with a fit guarantee. If your item doesn’t fit properly, I will remake or alter it at no extra cost. The fit guarantee is valid for 30 days after delivery.

Non-Refundable Items:

• All sales are final. Clothing cannot be refunded but may be returned for adjustments to ensure a proper fit.

• Underwear cannot be refunded or returned for hygiene reasons. However, we do offer adjustments for fitting purposes.

Return Conditions:

• Items can only be sent back for adjustments, not refunds.

• You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the garments for adjustments. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure the garment reaches us safely.
